How does one go about using a traditional tuner? How do you know when your
SWR is a good match?

Sorry for the newbie questions. I've always wanted to get into HF, I've
just never had the money until now. Unfortunately, I still live in an
apartment, so its going to be a bit of a problem until we move, and who
knows when that will be.

And while we're on the topic, does anyone know how feasible it is to work HF
from an apartment? I do have a balcony and I am on the top floor if that
helps. <g>

Thanks all for your invaluable advice!

Aaron
