Hi Robert,

I can't read the wiring diagram in the manual to see how the plug is 
wired, but I suspect it isn't totally standard.

I've tried several things such as headphones as you have with the 
same result.

What I really think needs to happen is to get someone who can see 
the diagram and also work with those small plugs to build a short 
adapter cable which you then plug your headphones or loop into.

I really think that's going to be the  only answer.  Maybe someone 
in your radio club up there could help you out with that.  If so, 
have them make me one too!  <smile>

Let us know if  you have any success with that.

Unfortunately, there's not a fadio club down here which is near by, 
so building things like that is kind of complicated if you know what 
I mean.
