Hi All,

There was a post on our local DX club list this morning about the Radio
Shack HTX-200. Apparently, this is a mini handheld that will run low power
off of two AA batteries or 2 watts off 9 volts. The post said they are on
sale for $50 at Radio Shack. does anyone know anything about how accessible
these might be for a total to use?

Also, while on the question of accessibility, what would be the most
accessible and most reasonably priced trunk tracking scanner out there?

Thanks much and 73.
Kevin, K7RX
