your coax is running too close to the speakers or speaker cables or possibly
the speakers dc power chord.
Either that, the antenna is too close to the same items.
And, when i say too close, with the antenna, if its within about 6 feet, it
will cause these problems....the coax has to be very close to cause issues
like this.
If you are using an indoor antenna, are you useing a proper ground plane at
the bass of it?  If not, there may be allot of RF coming back down the coax
from the antenna and causing RFI issues.
Try ferrite around the speaker wires as well as the coax near the bass of
the antenna to minimize RF coming back along the coax.
