Mike that is a crazy call. I worked him on 40 using a 80 meter dipole
last night about 9 P M here in Utah with a big signal and a big pile up so G
L and 73.

Yeah, I know, that is a crazy call.

After my comment about rarely hearing Africa on 40, he was pounding in
last night about 10 PM local time, with an honest 599 CW signal. His
pile up was almost as bad as the one for the recent VP8 operation, and
the same crazies who were screaming at the people who were paying no
attention to where he was listening were out in force. So, I left it
with them, and got a good night's sleep.

Maybe I can get him this weekend.
