Hi my name is Andrew and I am blind.  Has any one used the radio shack
htx210 radio?  Can a blind person program this radio and is it  easy to
program it?  Does the radio beep when you program it?  Can you program by
useing your computer and is their a voice program that tells you how to
program the radio by voice?  I hope some one can help me in making this
radio work and I am interested in geting it.  Hopely some one can help me
and answer my questions that i ask in my message.  Have a great day to
