Hi Harvey,

This page may be one which for some unknown reason does not honor the 'turn 
refresh page off' setting.  As mentioned in a previous post, there are 
indeed some pages where this does not work.  I am on the JAWS development 
team and I will visit this page and confirm the bug and then submit it.

Ron, I have tried the control shift V combination and then hit the space bar
until refresh is turned off, but when I hit the execute button or close
button, it goes back to automatic refresh.  So I don't know what is
happening here.  But for some reason, I can't press the play buttons to hear
the Mardi Gras reports that I would like to hear describing the upcoming
parades.
