The PSR501 doesn't show up on the Rat Shack site or any local store. Is it
a brand new scanner that hasn't been released yet?
Yes, our local control channels are all scrambled and my pro96 scanner with
the latest firmware can't decode the scrambled control channels. That's why
I was wanting to check out this new scanner to see if it would work in this
area.
