You are correct, Colin.  Sometimes when an organization gets too much money 
it loses track of the reason it was founded in the first place.  The most 
blatant example of that was the so-called, "Kenneth Jernigan training and 
research institute," a 20-million dollar embarrassment that was largely 
built with taxpayer dollars.  If it is just an annex as they claimed, then 
why is the NFB'S business address no longer 1800 Johnson Street, but 200 
East Wells street which is the address of the new building which was never 
needed in the first place.

Whenever Jernigan didn't give you a straight answer to something, it usually 
meant he was withholding the whole truth from you because he knew you were 
right.
