Hi, Nora,

I've been using a Ventenna for 2 meters and 440 meters for 7 years. I
received permission to put it on the roof of the apartment building and I
live on the top floor. It's very inconspicuous but I do hear interference
from electronics in the area. I keep the squelch closed more than normal
but not all the way closed. A friend who is a silent key put the antenna up
for me and I can't remember what he said about the grounding. The antenna
gets out well, but I miss the 4-element quad I had when I was in my house,
(grin).)

Best 33 to you and the other ladies on the list, (I'm a yl, too), and 88 to
the men.

Terri Amateur Radio call sign KF6CA.
