Olympus digital record question

I see blind mice advertising the Olympus digital recorder for 149 dollars 
but it says nothing about speech output.  I have an Olympus with speech 
output but does anyone know if this 620 has speech?  You would think they 
would mention speech if it had it or is it a given Olympus digital recorders 
all talk.
