It's possible. It should go back to it's original state when you change 
memory channels or hit the memory button, but if it was accidentally 
reprogrammed in all the button pushing, it could stay that way. I would say 
it's transmitting somewhere, unless something else is going on. If it has to 
do with the button pushing, it must be transmitting somewhere.
