Although I have never used the Icom T90, I can tell you from personal
experience that the Kenwood THF6A is the most accessible HT I, as a blind
ham, have ever come across. The menus have low beeps for defaults in many
cases, and it's fairly easy to get where you want to go from there. I
understand that the T90 has better receive in the upper VHF and UHF areas,
and does have the CW frequency read-out, but for me, the Kenwood is a good
trade-off for even those features.

Just my oppinion.
