To leave the old list, which is this list, send an email to 
[log in to unmask] with the command "SIGNOFF BLIND-HAMS", without 
the quotes of course.  I think the command goes in the body of the email, 
but you can put it both in the subject and body I think.

By the way, you sent this to the old list, not Buddy's list.
