Yeah, I've got all those controls off.  I can help things by backing off on the
gain and evening turning off that automatic gain but it sure doesn't solve the
problem.  The local EEOC has a 2000 and as soon as they get a voice chip for it
I'll spend a little time seeing how it works in relation to mine.
