I don't know for sure about echo link, but on i r l p, you can't run two 
on the same address.  I would guess you cannot do this on echolink either, 
but not sure.  If you forward specific ports in your router to a specific 
address on your network, probably not.  On i r l p, for example, there are 
specific ports I must forward to the proper computer and this machine has 
a static ip address on my network.  Does your echo link machine have a 
static address, and do you have to forward specific ports to that machine?
