Yes it is.
Its a 55 foot dipole.  For carrying, you have three coils, connected at the 
center insulator.  One for each element and one for the feed line.  The feed 
line has two big alligator clips at the end of it to clamp on to a balun.
The clips hook on to the tuner if using the 50 watt amp, or through the 
balun directly to the kx-3 for QRP use.
Very light but very strong as well.
I still get confuzed at the logic for the length,
