K3UL who is a blind ham from my area has quite an asortment of rigs
including the FTDX5000, which he thinks very highly of. Bob also has the
K3, which he accesses with the hampod and the Kenwood TS590 so he has had
quite a lot of experience using rigs with varying degrees of accessibility.
I don't know how he manages the 5000, but he does like its performance.
most of you know how resourceful we can be at finding ways around problems.
