Phil,

Don't forget the guys on 3892, 3895, and 3898 in the early 90s.  And 
of course, there's the infamous WA4D, who never tired of calling 
himself "WA4Dog."  Remember the "horse races" on 3895?  I'll bet at 
least a few of those guys were operating way over the legal 
limit.  I'd hate to pay their electric bills!
