Tom, you might try pressing the right mouse button when you get to the file. 
That usually brings you to the Context menu and you can download it from 
there in most cases.  It is much easier to rewind and fast forward from a 
downloaded file than from a stream.  But for some reason, Windows Media 
always tells me that Rewind is unavailable no matter what.
