I would definitely participate as the Midwest round table is a bit early to
allow me to hear anyone.

Oh, he definitely intends to. David in Oregon mailed me off list to suggest
a west coast round table and that might be a great idea.

Take care and very 73.

    Kevin:

It's stories like this that cause me to believe that ham fests will never go

away.

You can so often be pleasantly surprised with who you will run into that
you've talked to on the air so many times, but never met in person.

I hope Pete continues to check into our 20-meter net whenever he can. He
obviously has our best interests in mind.

Hi Tom and All,

At our local ham fest today which is probably the biggest one in Western
Washington, I got to meet Pete, AE7PD. He is a delightful gentleman and we
had a great eyeball QSO. He said he wished we could hear each other as well
on air as we did in person. <GRIN>

Just thought I'd let you all know. Take care and very 73.
