Lou,

I don't have a problem with DST.  I just don't like to have it sold as 
something it isn't, namely energy conservation.  Changing the time this 
early in the year doesn't make sense for kids who have to catch school buses 
in the morning when it's still dark.  I think it's perfectly fine to change 
to DST when the day gets longer.
