I just took a look in Outlook XP and don't see how to create a group there, 
although I know there's a way to do it. The information I provided was only 
for Outlook Express.

didnt know outlook would do this either, I'm curious to know too, and even
i9f there is any accessible programs that would do that, I know there are
programs out there but not sure if any of them are blind-friendly
I hope someone can suggest something and maybe prevent me from writing one
