That song is "so throw your cat away".  The Midnight Schedule from 
WFMT F M in Chicago has played it for decades, particularly on their 
New Years Eve Midnight Special show.  I believe that there is a 
WFMT.com or .org website with a link to the Midnight Special.  I'll 
try to remember to check it out in the morning.
