Hi, Anthony:

I had a couple of references in "Gavirites", but they aren't there now.  I 
recall one which was www.whatismydownloadspeed.com.  Also try Google search 
for download speed and connection speed.  We paid more for faster DSL from 
Verizon but sometimes it isn't faster than the bait price.  Hope this helps.
