Tom, It's a shame that happened, but there are always groups and 
organizations that can use your services if you feel the one you're with is 
giving you the short end of things. Trust me, I have my moments with the MA 
Emergency management agency but I know if things get beyond where I want to 
deal with it anymore, there are plenty of groups and places where I can get 
appreciated and a couple are knocking my door down letting me know if I want 
to join them instead there's a reserved seat and one group even told me if I 
join them and let them know what they need to add to the radios to make them 
more accessible for me they'll do it.
