Kevin:
Ok on your reasons for needing the walwart, but at least you know if Radio
Shack doesn't have something you can use, you have the other alternative of
working with the leads they gave you.
Fortunately for me, I have sighted assistance, and can get help with wire
colors for positive and negative. Once I know which is which, I immediately
label them with dymo tape, so I don't accidentally get them reversed.
Anyway, good luck, and please keep us posted on how you do with the new TW2.

Hi Tom.
I checked the box that the TW2 came in as well as the box that they packed
the box with the TW2, and there's no 12 volt wall wart. There is the lead
that can be hooked to my Astron, but I have two things going against me.
First, my hands aren't coordinated enough to put the wires on the terminals,
and second, and more importantly, I don't know what wire goes where. As a
friend of mine said I have a 50 50 chance, but I really don't want the blue
sparks coming out of this nice new meter. I can wait until tomorrow or
Friday to get what I need.
I may have fun and switch the meter to German. I can learn the numbers that
way. <grin>
