I, and a number of others on the list, use n3fjp logging software.

Most of the software works fairly well with Jaws, and it is relatively 
inexpensive.

As for qsl card making programs, I don't know of any, but that doesn't mean 
they don't exist.

What I use for QSL cards is a QSL templet that my XYL and I made up a number 
of years ago.  It consists of a scanned image of one of my regular qsl 
cards.  The image has been made into a Word document, with tabs marking off 
the data entry fields.
