Yep, been like that all day. And I bet dave is right, they could be doing 
maintenance or if not, they won't likely discover that there is a problem 
until tomorrow morning. I've often wondered why that system seems to need so 
much maintenance. I don't mind it really as they usually notify us when 
there will be some but it seems to be down rather a lot.
