I can't speak for the 708 as a e s never has voice in their display
models.  A friend has the 700, the one with the built in t n c and sky
command and all that, a radio I sort of considered, but he says it doesn't
read any better than the tmv-7, so I decided not to spend the extra couple
hundred dollars.
