Yes, that was Tom.  He was active in the Rooster Net on 75 and, as Mike has
pointed out, was an avid contester.  He was a great guy and will be sorely
missed by everyone who ever came into contact with him.

The name Tom Kehr is very familiar.  Is he the guy who used to be
active on this list some months back?  He was very active in an early
morning net on 75 as I recall.  But, possibly I have him confused with
someone else.
