Tom,

The FN key is usually one of the keys to the left of the space bar.  These 
keys from left to right are as follows: control, FN, the Windows key and the 
Alt key.

The key may say Function or FN on it.  Also, the color of the word or 
letters on the function key will match the color of the words or icons on 
the keys to which the FN key will work with.

 Boy, that sentence was awkward.
