Try Universal Radio.  I suspect that they can still get a hold of the Icom 
R75.  I bought mine about 4 months ago from KJI Electronics out of New 
Jersey.  I don't know if he had any others in stock, but it strikes me as 
the sort of place that has slow enough turnover that he might actually 
still have one or two in stock.  Never hurts to ask the question.
