I've never needed the processing on Kenwood radios. Icom's yes, but never on
a Kenwood. I don't know if I have a big mouth or what. You'd have to rewire
that yaesu for the Kenwood but it probably could be done. I do like the
sound of those older Kenwood radios though for sure. The new ones sound
great, but the old ones sounded very good too.
