Hello to all,
I am living in an apartment. I got a MFJ mag mount antenna for 2 meeters and 440. It helps some but there isn't a lot of difference in my signal. I have some questions to ask of every one on the list. first of all, is there a difference in the amount of gain in a MFJ Antenna over a Diamond or Cush craft. I am not sure if Cush Craft makes an antenna for 2 meeters and 440. second, would I be better off with a seperate antenna for both 440 and 2 meeters or is the combination 2 meeter 440 antenna just as good.
I noticed the rail on my balqueny is mettal so the mag mount antenna sticks just fine on it. so inconclusion, what would you recomend for a person who lives in an apartment to use to work VHF and some UHF.
Thank you in advance.
