Hi Tom;
At the time I suspected I might have been using a different version of word 
but that was just suspicion.  I tabbed with no success.  If I get antennas 
up this spring we might just try again.

It should have worked fine in Word, with the use of the tab key.

Just let me know what your problems were, and I'll see if I can figure out
what the hang-up  might have been.
