From what I read, it's a mod for all kenwood HF radios.  I'd like it to.
It looks like I will become the owner of a ts-590, and be trading my kx-3
and pa-100.
Both great radios, but the kenwood is more accessible and with better
documentation.
Operating from the back porch won't be as easy.  I think I will be loosing
the CW peeking feature.

I did it on my 590 and it did help a lot, not very close to strong stations
though.  I had to get sighted help, first to find the jumers, and second
they are very very small.
