    Steve:

I did this, and it worked for a while, but now I have gotten into another
problem with the rig. Somehow, I have gotten into a situation where I can
change frequencies for programming repeaters, etc., but can't change any of
the other functions like tone settings with number 7, off-sets with number
8, etc. This is true even when I supposedly unlock the key-board by holding
the A. key down for a second or so. I have obviously done something else
wrong here now. I am sure it is simple, but I don't know how to get those
functions back.

Any suggestions would help.

Patrick Burn is also helping me with this.

Thanks much and best 73 from a somewhat frustrated Tom Behler: KB8TYJ
