Michael, I would think from VO you should work Abdallah very easy.  You are
much closer that we are out west.  Generally, he points at the east coast
before swinging his antennas westward.  I would think that you could work
him on both 40 and 20.  He recently installed a new 20 and 40 antennas from
Ken W3JK.  Ken is really selling his top-quality yagis to guys all over the
world.  Dr. Samir, A41MO, for instance, has a stack on 20 of 6 over 6, and
they, + his 40 meter yagi, are all from Ken.
