Hi Darren.

The speech on the 71A doesn't read what you've labeled each channel.  It
will tell you the frequency of the channel, so you can use that information.

As for entering text via the menus, I don't know how to do that.  I used the
computer software to do that.  Wish I could be more helpful.

Don't work too hard.
