Eric,

I have never played with SDR Sharp.

I find HRD to be usable but by no means fully accessible.  I use the 
free version which I run primarily as a satellite tracking package. I've 
never set it up to control a radio or antenna system.  As far as 
satellite tracking and pass prediction it works.

I think if a good Jaws, window eyes or NVDA scripter sat down and wrote 
some code the entire package could probably be made fully accessible.  
Some of the basics seem to be there.
