The above subject, WACOAL, was banned from the BEARS network over 2 years 
ago by myself for various reasons I will not go into at this time.  A 
registered
letter was sent to him, copied to the FCC Langhorne office, advising him to 
stay off the BEARS repeaters. For over 2 years he has been quiet (possibly
due to incarceration), but now he is back announcing his call and attempting 
to engage someone in conversation.

Do Not respond to WACOAL if you hear him announce his call, and if you 
would,  document the date and time (as well as what repeater your heard him 
on) I
will take follow up action with the local FCC office. Please e-mail the 
information.
