Junior,

Not to insult you with the obvious, but did you check the a.c. fuse on 
the rear of the supply?  Do you have any way to determine if the lighted 
a.c.  switch is lit?  are you sure the a.c. outlet is ok?

If you have a more recent version, with the removable a.c. cord, be sure 
it is inserted snugly into the rear of the supply. Try jiggling the 
supply end of the cable and see if it comes to life.   When I first got 
my 35A, the supplied a.c. cord was a bit flaky and I replaced it with 
one that fit more snugly,and  has never given me trouble since.
