I don't know your set up well enough, but try connecting the coax feed lines 
coming directly from the antennas, directly to the radio and see if you can 
at least get a noise level.
sounds like there is an issue with the tuner or parts there of.
It's pretty huge odds that both antennas failed at the same time...unless 
you did get lightening and it blew out the tuner or something.
though I doubt that at this point.
Do you get any noise level right now with the original set up? or is there 
no noise, no receive etc?
If that is the case, try connecting the antenna or antennas directly to the 
radio and see if you get noise.  If you do, then you'll know it is something 
in the chain between the radio and the antenna feed lines.
