Well, it depends on what kind of dish.  If direct tv or dish, probably not 
much good there you could use.  These are small dishes and either mount on 
a pole in the ground or on a mount on the side of the house.  Usually not 
on a tripod, although I use to set up a tripod when I was selling dishes 
and doing demmos.
