All of the Central Electronics transmitters sounded great when they
were properly adjusted.

Same for the HT37 and HT44.

I believe the Viking Pace Maker was in the same cabinet as the Ranger.
I know the Viking Currier linear, which ran a pair of 811A's was in
that same cabinet.

Now, if you want to think "big SSB transmitter," did you ever get your
hands on a Viking Invader?

The Invader 200 was big, but the Invader 2000 was just plain huge!

Those were the largest SSB transmitters I have ever seen that were made
for the amateur market.

The Collins KWS1 may be larger than the Invader 2000, but it is built
more like a small refrigerator, rather than in a way that consumes the
entire desk.

Speaking of big, not long ago, a friend tried to give me a Heath Kit
Marauder. That one was in the same cabinet as the Apache. The matching
Mohawk receiver, and Warrior amplifier were also in that same cabinet.
Those 3 pieces would fill up two desks!

I told him "no thanks," but did help him find it a home with a friend
who has several classic rigs.
