Hello All,

I might be in a position shortly to purchase one of these radios. Right now
I have an Icom IC-T7H which is very blind unfriendly and the display doesn't
work so I can only program it effectively from my computer and sometimes
this just doesn't work such as this week when I'm in a new city and
programmed 35 channels in this thing only to be able to hit about 3 of them.
I suspect this is due to having the wrong tones in it but since I can't ask
anyone which menu I'm on, I can't change them. So, I need to acquire a new
hand held rig I can use.

What I want to find out is if the Radio Shack speaker mic I have for my T7H
might work with the 6A. What kind of speaker mic connection does it use?

Thanks much all and very 73.
Kevin, K7RX
