The program you are referring to is called Talking Logbook, and it was
created by Steve (WB5KIA).  It was mentioned in the September, 28, 2005
Handiham weekly e-letter.

I am sure Steve could give you more info, to see if it would work for your
set-up.

I have a copy of it here, but it's for my older hamshack computer, and I
also wouldn't want to distribute it without Steve's permission.

If you get the program and can get it to work, let us all know how you do.

I'm working with N3FJP's general logging program at the moment, but have
Steve's program waiting in the wings if I can't get the n3fjp software to
work.
