NOpe, not quite, I've owned both.  They'll take the same battery
packs, but not quite the same radio.

btw Russ, would you be willing to send me the taped manual to the
ic-02at?  I still have one of those.

THere are some major differences in the way the firmware operates
between the two.  I'd apreciate seeing the manual for the 02 as I've
owned it for years but never really got a look at the manual.
