Hello all, personally, I thought that the Extra exam was the easiest FCC
exam of them all. For my money, the Advance class test was the toughest,
though compared to the exams at MIT, they were trivial exercises. How I
remember heading to the FCC offices in Boston, lugging my Smith Corona
portable electric typewriter to take all of the tests, with the exception of
my Novice test which I took at Perkins in my 7th grade year. Boy was that a
long time ago!
